It is a new product. Caution in packing. Use Japan Post fs EMS, ships from Japan. The ordered product will take 2-3 weeks to arrive. The EMS also has a guarantee against defect on the products that occurred during the delivery. Moreover, since there also has a tracking service, you can see at all times where the shipping products

CANCEL AND REFUND POLICY

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
